Inner-child healing provides a breakthrough from old cycles and patterns that may have fallen into your subconscious thought patterns. The clarity of mind this session can offer surrounding energetic and emotional blocks is invaluable when you're allowing to learn from past trauma. This session will enable you to see reparent and recreate yourself in the now to become who you ultimately want to be. I work with your subconscious mind through hypnosis to remember the key trauma points in your childhood that are currently blocking you from being able to move forward in the ways you would like. We re-parent your inner child at this point to find understanding and lay to rest the old patterning moving forward. The session is fully guided and energetic support is provided so you feel held, safe, and grounded throughout this process.
